12 WEEK CONTEST PREPARATION PLUS TWO 1 HOUR POSING SESSIONS
Let Ava Cowan, WNSO Figure Professional/ Ms. Figure America get you ready for the competition stage! This program begins 12 weeks prior to your show date.
The program includes:

* Four one hour private sessions. This is a hour Workshop where you work one-on one with Ava for one hour alone. She covers everything from A-Z regarding your contest preparation, including suit choice, tanning, shoe selection, skin preparation, choosing your show.
You will even learn your very own signature pose during this session!
This particular type of a setting gives you an opportunity to perfect your stances. Ava Cowan has been an Overall Winner in the NPC, FAP and FAME. She will help you fine tune each and every pose in great detail, including:
The right foot pivot, the individual T-Walk, quarter turns, and all other mandatory poses as well as how to really work that stage! As well as discussing the mental preparation that is absolutely a MUST before ever stepping on stage.
You will also be provided you with all the contacts needed for anything else you may need so that you are 100% ready for your next competition.
Ava will review your progress through scheduled e-mail updates & phone appointments. You will send new photos and she will make adjustments and track your progress!
